Cleopatra eyes

Here’s a quick Cleopatra eye look I created with the Illamasqua Infinity Gel Liner and the Barry M Starry Eyed palette.

  1. Take an angled eyeliner brush and dip it in the black gel liner.
  2. Gently run the angled liner brush along the crease and extend it past the outer corner of the eye.
  3. Lightly buff out the edges of the cut crease downwards, but don’t blend out fully and keep the top edge sharp and crisp.
  4. Apply the antique gold eyeshadow from the Barry M  Starry Eyed pallete and apply to the whole lid area, blending it out slightly past the outer corner of the eye.
  5. Take the angled liner brush again and add some more gel liner. Then slowly and steadily run it along the top lashline and extend past the outer corner of the eye, but don’t let it meet the upper line.
  6. Without adding any more gel, run the brush along the lower lashline and extend to join the liner on the upper lashline. Add more gel liner for a more intense and opaque lower lashline.

Finish off the look with a few coats of mascara (image above taken before mascara).
